The following terms apply to the return of equipment, such as routers or modems, whether leased or purchased from More4Less Plans:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers can try our service risk-free. If you are not satisfied, you may return the equipment within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of both the service fees and equipment cost, provided the equipment is in new or gently used condition with all original components, cables, and packaging.
  • Leased Equipment Returns: If you cancel your subscription, you are required to return leased equipment within 30 days of cancellation. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Failure to return the equipment within this period will result in a $250 charge to cover the equipment’s replacement cost.
  • Equipment Condition: All returned equipment, whether leased or purchased, must be in new or gently used condition, including all original components, cables, and packaging. Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches) is acceptable. Equipment with significant damage (e.g., water damage, cracked components) may incur additional fees.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Equipment that is damaged beyond repair, missing components, or not in its original packaging may not be accepted, and you may be charged a fee equivalent to the equipment’s replacement cost.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
